Trending ( Poem)

         TRENDING

Whence boredom triumphs and work fades,
the option to opt seeks news debates.
With memes mesmerizing and hastags optimising
Seeking the Ramayana Epic records suprising.
With web series on demand and subscription in supply;
Corona marketing is what they apply.
Status remains headfilled and stories infinite,
challenges on the net is breaking the limits.
When Tik Tok shines and Facebook rockets,
stuffs at the rate filled the top's pocket.
DC's rated character being Marvel's spiral,
triumphs the ludo game amongst the viral.
With study online and attention off the line,
Just starving to roam everything else is fine.
What I think is what I relay ,
took a long thought though sorry for this delay.
While the Newar pleads thou for an ending
passionate I feel now telling the tale of trending.

If I ever meet her

If I ever meet her The girl sitting right next to me, beautiful she is with her eyes in glee. Embedding on her face a blissful smile, innocent she looked one hundred percentile. Her voice echoed and my heart melted, holding her hand was what I wanted. A simple text fixed the compound task, Ok! the date was set and my stress in bask. Wearing the suit my father's best, what this Newar did entails the rest. Candle light a fantasy and dance in vain, endogamy for this Newar was only the gain. Tea ignited talks and coffee cultivated charms, watching her sip tipped my cold eyes warm. Her playful eyes hit all the sixers, tricking my brain to doubt the pictures. Then her soft hands holded my bruised wrist, thrilled you are? Haha...wait for the twist. I was joyful at the scene, the beauty came closer and held her eyes pristine. Moved I ahead but felt something strange, holding a pillow w...

A Diary from Cotton University

A Diary from Cotton University  The Cotton journey started on a rather strange winter with mask engulfed humans crawling their way to a new horizon of the unknown. The uncountable number of whatsapp groups and messages from unknown accounts flooding the chat box with greetings all over was sufficient to make any hard geek feel special. Slowly and firmly, over days and  nights, over notes and introductions, some bonds started to feel like home, and would rather like to put it as "new homies". The dry december surfed its way out to a bloomy spring. However, the continuity was whipped off to a halt, when the 2nd wave of COVID smashed our maiden semester exams. Over protests of exams being offline and the numerous procrastination driven online scrolls, the exam preparation lay low. Finally, the examinations were walled down and extended to the later online module only when the preventable virus infected the faculty and students indiscriminately. The following months passed i...
